Im a brain innury support worker and i was the first person to find on of my favourite people after she had a massive stroke in her home. Today i went to the hospital to say my good byes as she is not going to make it. What meditation would you recommend for me to listen to? I listen every night before bed and grief ones are too hard for me but also its a client. So its a different grief and how to now not associate work with sadness. I hope you understand what im trying to get at. A meditation for loss but work must go on and we learn from this experince.
